Galaxy shpk is a pharmaceutical company that imports, exports and distributes pharmaceutical products (medications, nutritional supplements, medical devices). It is part of Profarma sh.a group, which is the only pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Albania, covering 25% of the Albanian pharmaceutical market, and as such, Galaxy has the exclusivity of 20% of its portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    It started as Prodentalfarma, which was founded as a joint investment by Italian investors who owned 80% of the capital shares and the state enterprise which owned 20% of the capital shares. The company was conceived for the sale of pharmaceutical, dental, veterinary, cosmetic products, etc. to cover the needs of the Albanian market and beyond...<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/li>

    The company became part of the pharmaceutical group Aldosch. Thanks to investments and new management the activity was expanded by producing a greater number of products in quantity and diversity<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/li>

    2008<\/div>

    The company was renamed as Galaxy. Galaxy was reconceptualized by the Dermapharma AG company that purchased it as a trading company with the main object ``development of activities for promotion, medical and pharmaceutical marketing``, as well as wholesale trade of pharmaceutical, herbal products, cosmetic, parapharmaceuticals, veterinary products, and medical devices<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/li>

    Repurchased by the Albanian family owners. The main mission of the company was the promotion and growth of the Profarma brand.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/li>
